About the Job 

 

Avionyx is searching for Total Rewards Coordinator to support several areas of Joby’s Total Rewards team, focusing on compensation, benefits, stock administration, and HR systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive impact by delivering a future-focused, market-driven, equitable, and scalable total rewards program. This job is based out of our San José, Costa Rica location.

What You Will Get to Do

 

• ​Assist with the administration of our benefits program.

• Conduct audits and reconciliations of payroll, benefits, and stock administration.

• Enter and maintain global employee data in our HR systems.

• Prepare documentation, such as offer letters and job change notices.

• Create and maintain employee files.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

 

What You Will Bring to the Table 

 

• ​ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years of HR or relevant experience.

• Fluent in English.

• Intermediate Excel: formatting, formulas, creating graphs.

• High attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

• ADP Workforce Now experience. (Desirable)

• 2+ years of data entry experience. (Desirable)
