Jr. Software Test Engineer (Co-Op)


Positions Available :	1-2

Job Type :	Direct Hire

Location:	Melbourne, FL

Description:	Develop, debug, run and document test cases/procedures/results for embedded avionics software systems, conforming to DO-178B standard.





Required:	(1) US Citizenship required. (2) 2 yrs toward BS in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering required. (3) Must be familiar with embedded software systems, basic digital electronics, microprocessors/microcontrollers/DSPs, assembly language, use of lab equipment such as emulators, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers. (4) Should have good understanding of DO-178B or other software engineering process/standards. (5) Must be proficient in use of MS Windows, MS Office, C/C++.










Tools:	MS Word, DOORS, iNotion, PerForce, C/C++, Nohau & TI DSP emulators, scopes, protocol analyzers. Software Design and Development may also be required, but much less frequently.
